Second stay - and just as good as the first! Staff polite and helpful, room lovely and clean.

Was easy to book. BUT The Room 208 was very low medijorca..dirty OUTDATED ROOM. The whole hotel needs to be reburbished.. The range of RAMADA hotels have quality hotels.... This SUTH MIMMS one is a disgrace !! There was dust piled aroind the corners of beds...( taken photos ) The kettle had lot of limescale on the base ! The shower tray drsinage was apoalling.. tbe water flooded out of the shower.. Bubbled out dirty water , i quickly stepped out.. Used the bath towel to step without slipping ! And used water from sink to wash my feet and wipe off the soap !! NOT A GREAT EXOETIENCE AT 4AM IN THE MORNING !!

I recently booked 1 night here for my sister and her disabled husband. The room was so bad that they could not stay and had to find another hotel. The resons they could not stay are as follows - 1) I booked an accessible room. It wasn't. 2) The room had not been cleaned. 3) There was urine on the toilet seat. 4) There was only 1 bath towel. 5) The room stank of cigarettes. Very triggering for my sisters husband. 7) There was no air-con so they opened a window but the room was directly over the bins and on one of the hottest days of the year the small was impossible to live with. When they returned the key to reception the person on duty took it with no comment!
