Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful stay for our wedding. The bar, reception and restaurant teams all delivered exceptional customer service. The rooms were comfortable and very good value, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. The restaurant also provided plenty of meal choices for anyone wishing to dine in. Great location for High Street

We spent 2 nights at the Cromwell in a downstairs executive room. The staff here were so lovely, what a credit to the hotel. Our room opened on to the carpark which was perfect as we had our little dog with us. The room was 309, very comfortable with plenty of space. The weather was hot but we were supplied with a powerful fan which kept the room cool, plus we could open the door to let the cooler air in occasionally. There was a wedding and a festival the next day, all the employees were very busy but still managed to pull off exceptional service 🤗 The hotel has a great vibe, it is both traditional and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Caroline
