Sun Hotel

Came to the Sun by accident looking for a different pub for Sunday roast. The roasts have been nice the last 2 weeks but today we came in and the cauliflower cheese was of a poor standard. Sean handled it extremely well and gave me some extra roasters instead and explained it was a new chef prepping the food. Will continue to come on Sundays for a wonderful roast but just wanted the manager to be aware of the cauliflower cheese as it’s usually very tasty and delicious and is my wife’s favourite part. Girls on duty were very friendly, welcoming and make you feel at home and had a laugh about the rain. What a hidden gem with an incredible team.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious food

My third visit at the 'Sun Hotel ', and thourghly enjoyed it as always.its a lovely building in a very good location.The cooked breakfast and extensive buffet are particularly great, the restaurant offers a lovely choice of meals and is very good value. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning soon
