MACDONALD FOUR SEASON

Went with Cosmos bus tour. With one small lift it took ages for 48 people with large cases to get to our rooms. Room did not look like it had been cleaned & there were no towels, shampoo or bodywash. Give this place a miss

We had to take 2 heavy cases up to 3 floor ,then walk them down one flight of stairs to get to our room ,no lift ,to that floor ,same with leaving ,take bags down one flight of stairs, then to lift,only room in lift for 3 people with bags ,40 odd people wait nearly half an hour to use lift ,went to bar to get drink after that ordeal, barman walked straight past us into back room and never came back.we walked out .I say give this place a big miss.

We were traveling in a group and as the lift was down they upgraded us to the better of the hotels in the Strathspey hotel which is part of the Mc Donald group. The room was nice and large very clean although dated. There is not a lot of options in the town apart from this resort. We had dinner in the best of their restaurants on our first night which was very good on our second night we went to one of their other restaurants near the golf course. This was also very good although a taxi ride home. Our only problem was finding where breakfast was on the first morning.
