Cruachan Hotel

Once again iam here with a group of guests and once again it is spotless inside, rooms are nice snd comfortable ,staff great in all areas but receptionist was fantastic for the 2nd time doing great job I love stopping here only one thing when your in the tower stairs up are a bit narrow as it turns on one side nd if you have a big case it can be awkward but i managed but ive stopped here a few times over the years and its just getting better every year

Very unfriendly hotel, totally NOT service minded. A simple request to make a larger table suitable for 9 persons was not possible, they even refused to serve food !!!!!

Nice hotel, too bad the facade is under construction. Room with a view of the lake not far from the city center on foot. Welcoming and helpful staff
