HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS

We arrived late evening at the hotel, which is a little away from the city. We were welcomed by the nearby pub closed earlier than usual and with very little options. Overall, breakfast was appropriate though there were shortages for the spread items. We witnessed quite a queue for getting some of the food items. The stay was comfortable with good sleep.

Second stay here after a year. Still pretty decent hotel, spacious, very clean and a decent size room. We felt again that the traffic noise at the front was very noticeable late at night and early morning, but I guess a room at the back would be better. Breakfast was a good buffet, with good choice and often replenished. The breakfast room was very much quieter than our previous visit, which helped the service a lot. Staff were again very approachable and helpful. A good hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel in May 2026 and as a family of four and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing enough space for our family to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed dining at the lobby restaurant. The food quality was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service there was consistently attentive. The only area where we feel there is room for improvement is the breakfast selection for vegetarians with no egg. While there were some options available, we would have appreciated a wider variety of vegetarian dishes that do not contain eggs. Expanding these choices would make the breakfast experience even better for families and guests with dietary preferences. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other families looking for comfortable accommodation, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
