We stayed here for two nights. The room was booked for us by our guided tour. The rooms, carpet, beds, etc are a bit dated but adequate. Room and bathroom were small with limited space for our things. Breakfast was to order (full English) and was good. The host was as nice as could possibly be. Location is walkable to a couple different restaurants. We had fantastic views out our window of the water, boats, and Castle Moil. Our room was upstairs with no elevator. A shared kitchen was available for those wanting to cook their own meals. My biggest compliant was the bathroom - the sink is the old fashioned kind with two faucets (one extremely cold and one scalding hot). The shower ran out of hot water after only a couple minutes the first day but we figured out how to avoid this the second day by adjusting the temperature more quickly and shutting it off while we lathered.

We stayed in this small Hotel with ScotlandTour, first of all the owner welcomed us, a very nice and nice lady who did everything to put us at ease, despite the language barrier. The rooms are large and cozy, the new bathroom with a spacious shower, all very clean. The view is wonderful, on the harbor and there is a great peace that gives you a way to enjoy the relaxing hours. Breakfast takes place in a room always with a view, prepared by the owner herself, you can choose various options , simple but there is everything you need to start well! We really enjoyed our stay here.
