Kings Arms Hotel

Organized trip, we spent one night there...what can I say... Very small room, for 2 people we lack space; bed very (too) soft, impossible to turn off the heating to try to get rid of the humidity in the room, the control panel was screwed shut. I warmed up the room by using the hair dryer. Only positive point: the bathroom, which looked recent compared to the rest of the room. The common areas are poorly maintained, with dirt in several places; and there was a persistent smell of humidity in the hallways.

This is the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The place is a crumbling mess that stinks of sewage. It was expensive to stay, the food was edible but only just. The staff were a motley crew of surly indifference. The room smelt so bad that we had to sleep with the window wide open and so we were freezing. The beds were hobbit sized and had broken springs. Honestly, if we had space in the car, I would have slept there instead.

The hotel is quite old and need a renewal, staff normal, the restauarant terrible. Limited choice of dishes and preapared very heavy. Good location easy to park
