Curraghmore Hotel

Stayed at the Curraghmore Hotel whilst we went to the Isle of Wight Festival. The hosts Bernie and Lesley were very welcoming and helpful. We were there for 6 nights, the room was clean with tea and coffee in the room and also with 2 chairs to look at our Seaview or watch television. The breakfast had a good choice and was plentiful, we would definitely stay here again

Bernie and Lesley were the most amazing hosts—so warm and welcoming right from our very first conversation. Saying goodbye honestly felt personal. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was delicious (Thanks to Lesley!), and the view from the hotel was simply beautiful. This place felt like home, and I’d return back the next time I come to isle of wight! Bernie and Lesley were absolutely funny! Im sure you'll love your time with them.

Very old and tired ,mostly wooden building from a bygone era. very damp salt,pepper and sugar became a solid lump overnight, breakfast not up to much, a couple of spoonfulls of jam and marmalade in a dish and the smallest bit of butter to go with it, the poached eggs I had were overcooked. Forty steps to climb from the pavement to my room which I shared with a cupboad containing water heaters for the floor I was on which made various noises through the night. Bath (no shower) and sink had rusty fittings. The only good thing was a reasonable view of the sea from the room. Won't be returning here!
