The hotel is located in the heart of tourist st helier. The rooms and staff are very good. The breakfast buffet is very good. Beware of an overly complex web reservation site. We thought we were booking one grade of room, superior queen with balcony facing the side , and found we were actually getting a room with an inside room facing another room across a small courtyard and no outside space. Resulting in a rather large up charge to get a room with a balcony.
