Brook Farm Bed and Breakfast

David and I stayed at Brook Farm Barn for a week in July. We were ready for a peaceful week away from home after lockdown, we couldn’t have picked a better place. Bob and Nicola went out of their way to make our stay as relaxed as possible, from accommodating our booking at the last minute to the fridge stocked with butter, milk, yoghurt and Prosecco, also bread, tea, coffee and sugar. As mentioned in previous reviews Bob and Nicola are amazing hosts, not forgetting Teddie, David was ready to put him in the car and bring him home with us. The cottage itself was spotless with lovely views over the Kent countryside. Thank you again Bob and Nicola, our stay with you was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommend. With Best Wishes. Catherine and David.

We love broom farm! This is our 4th visit over 10 years and we can’t fault it. The owners Bob and Nicola are amazing hosts, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. With the help of their new helper Teddy the Westie (we adore dogs but the owners keep him out of the way if you want so you wouldn’t even know he was there). All 3 rooms are of exceptional standards equip with Nespresso machines too. The breakfast is something we look forward too with an abundance of options from fresh fruit and juices, tea and cafetière coffee, cereals, toast and crossoints along with a choice of a full English or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. We have returned here on so many occasions becuase of the hospitality from Bob and Nicola and we quite simply struggle to find another b&b that matches the standards here. Beautiful views and surroundings. A huge thank you to Bob and Nicola and Teddy for making our stay again so fantastic x

Very Clean and spacious room. Nice Touches too - chocolate on pillow etc. Breakfast was excellent. Good value fore money. Bob was a great host. Access is good with parking right outside. Ideal situation to explore Kent
