Fantastic stay gorgeous room very helpful staff polite and obliging

We have previously stayed here on numerous occasions, this time the bar area was almost empty, the rooms were tired, we were unfortunately placed near the Gym/meeting rooms so it had constant traffic/footfall so not relaxing. No complimentary water in the room (Considering the price) it's lost its attraction

9.30pm 18th July Young girl maybe 19 to 20 long thick black hair absolutely rude as hell to me at the bar , only asked for milk and sugar in my americano and shouts I had to specify beforehand and then comes back , bangs it on the counter with even more rude backchat .
