Mediocre, just a three star maximum. Staff weren't helpful - wouldn't give/ didn't have extra towels or change bedding Rooms were tired.. I'd advise going elsewhere

I would strongly advise against staying at Orida. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, the food was poor, and the rooms are severely dated. There was no air conditioning, only an old, ineffective fan, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The hotel itself looks tired and in need of significant investment. The swimming pool was leaking, and overall the facilities were well below what you would expect for the price. Charging premium rates for a hotel with such poor standards and limited facilities is unacceptable. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that this hotel was accommodating a huge wedding party, with around 40–50 rooms booked, yet they still showed no interest in providing good customer service or addressing guests' concerns. To make matters worse, I contacted the hotel over a week ago to raise my concerns about the lack of facilities and poor experience, and I have received no response whatsoever. That lack of customer service only reinforces my impression of the hotel and its staff. Save your money and book elsewhere. There are far better hotels offering much better value, better facilities, and far better service.

Booked 3 nights ..paid....had bereavement in family...asked for refun...not accepted...fair enough...then was told by booking.com I would not be charged a cancellation fee and boom they did it anyway..even after I showed email stating there would not be one...so £108.00 on top of 476.00 I lost..even though they had a weeks notice..I am sure the roo. Was filled....rude and horrible customer service
