Thistle Brands Hatch

We stayed at the Mercure Brands Hatch to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make his birthday feel truly special. They had left thoughtful treats in our room, along with a lovely birthday card and a balloon, which was such a kind and unexpected touch. The biggest surprise was that they upgraded our room and moved us to one overlooking the track. My husband is a huge race fan, so being able to watch the cars from our room absolutely made his weekend. He was over the moon, and it turned what was already a special trip into an unforgettable one. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely seemed to care that we had a fantastic stay. It's those little personal touches that make all the difference. The in-house Indian restaurant was another real highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. It was so convenient having such a fantastic restaurant within the hotel, and we'd happily return just to eat there again. Thank you to everyone therw for helping make such an important birthday so memorable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Stayed two weekends in a row and fantastic service and food from the restaurant. Jacob was very welcoming and good humoured. The rooms were clean, tidy and air conditioned which made the very humid and warm weather more tolerable!
