Great place, not much around there. But great for food and drink. Great menu. Great vegetarian offer

Second visit to have an afternoon tea, this time we took an American friend with us who enjoyed it very much. Good value, lovely location and friendly staff.

Travelled 4 hours and was pleasantly suprised ,hotel very clean ,some staff good , but breakfast staff were not helpful and I asked for help with juice and toast and they looked at me as if I was asking for the world ! and bar food was amazing in the evening. A little old fashioned and rooms need an upgrade but price reflects this and the view of lake and gardens was stunning .I'm disabled on a scooter and found it very accessible but staff definitely need training more to be available to help others ,I travel alot but I found the staff here the least helpful and that let the hotel down.
