Staff where friendly enough, the price we payed was the same a the premier inn 2 doors down and was not worth it. The first night I was debating booking a room there for the rest of that night beds were not comfy in the slightest. The only saving grace was the gym and pool facilities.

Hotel staff were friendly and professional, room was very smart clean and tidy. Food was prompt and tased great. With the hot weather there was no way of cooling the room down as there’s no air conditioning. Couple of fans provided but they were only blowing hot air around. Windows only open a tiny amount so no way of letting fresh air into the room. Couldn’t leave the windows open as our room was along the back of the building with loud vents from the kitchen. This noise cannot be heard once the windows were closed.

Stayed during the heatwave. Room on 2nd floor and was very hot on arrival. Windows would only open slightly. I did have 2 fans in the room but neither of them worked very well so had quite a restless nights sleep.
