Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa

@Brands Hatch place Hotel and spa We arrived at the spa early and were met by Emma, who was absolutely wonderful: helpful, professional and welcoming. She sorted our towels and robes and clearly explained the layout, plus timings for our treatments and afternoon tea, which made the whole day feel effortless. Our treatments were lovely — big thanks to Bridget and Ellie, who were both excellent and made us feel really comfortable and relaxed. Afternoon tea was delicious, and Livia looked after us so well: such a polite, helpful young lady who made sure everything was just right. We also used the spa facilities and everything was very clean, which really added to the relaxing feel of the day. After we headed into the hotel, we met Sylvie, who advised us of our room number and where to go, which was really helpful. We then had dinner in the dining room and were served by Jordan (and another young man—my apologies, I can’t remember his name). The food was great and it was a perfect way to round off the day. The room was good too — nice comfy bed and pillows, and we had a very quiet night. Altogether, a lovely stay, and we’d happily return.

Ellie was Very pleasant & profestional

Brandshatch hotel and spa made us feel very welcomed as soon as we entered the spa..we were shown around by Emma, she was amazing and explained everything we needed to know. Our massage treatment, held in different rooms. I had a full body massage by Elle. She was fantastic and very professional. Explained all the stages of the treatment. During the sessii. She would only speak to check I was ok, and would engage in conversation if I instigated it. My wife had an exceptional lady called Beatrice. Again, very professional and explained other treatments she could do at home. Evil was the hotel receptionist as she was also outstanding. There was a slight mix up over dinner, where I paid for ot but it was actually included in the package. Totally my fault for jumping the gun. The bill was instantly refunded. Nothing was too much for any of the staff and I would definitely be making another visit in the future. All the staff were friendly and everyone, including the cleaning staff were polite and made it a point to say hello. Well done to you all and please keep uo the good work.
