Atlantis Hotel

How can I describe this hotel.one word Descusting. Upon arrival the room was on the 3rd floor. We went in and was immediately hit with a smell of dampness. There were 2 towels on the bed.Not big enough for a adult to have a shower.There was only 1 teabag.2 coffee sachets and 4 sugar.4 milk.went in the bathroom and again the smell of damp lingering. There was mold patches on the ceiling and in the shower cubicle. The cold water tap was loose. I sent him a message to ask for replacement towels the next day plus some more tea making products but when we got back to the hotel room they had not been in and done anything. The window did not close correctly. I enclose photos

No reception .10mins running water for shower ir sink no Sat tv . Only Netflix.iplayer. andodd channels. Codes to get in house and rooms . V small Sgl Bed rooms. Windows not wide enough to escape. - fire. Only 1 timeclean and not done bathroom floors .saw no memberof staff apart from plumber.stayed 7days. Never again.

This room and hotel were absolutely filthy! There was no staff to complain to. When we did complain, we were offered a free night in another hotel, only for this to be taken back after seeing a bad review we wrote about the hotel!
