Benson Hotel

We booked a room at this hotel when we arrived we decided to stay somewhere else because I thought the hotel lucked filthy so we did since then this hotel have decided to go trigger happy to get the 105 pond out of my account 2 , 3 times weekly christmas day new years day and today if you won't your account attacked stay there but I can say there is much nicer hotels for the same price I have tried to contact the property but to now avail that only go threw booking .com

Stayed here for a night when visiting all the Attractions. Lovely little hotel run by Sarah and her lovely family. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated very well. Nice little bar in the evening and drinks were very cheap. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was really good and considering it was free we couldn’t fault it. Our daughter is asking can we stay next time which is always a good thing.

Good location, shabby looking hotel from the front, needs seriously updating and a big deep clean, hosts pleasant enough. Breakfast was ok, would of liked to have chosen my items for full English breakfast as I don't like mushrooms or fried bread, so had to leave them, and I hate waste. Would not stay again.
