Great hotel for location & price. The place is outdated and needs a some tlc. We had a family room for 5, plenty of space with a decent enough bathroom. The owners were always on hand to help with any enquiry or request, nothing was too much trouble. Parking available, arrive early. The review is for the room, location & staff. There is a cooked breakfast also. Remember when booking, you get what you pay for. Would I return, yes.

We stayed for two nights friendly staff free parking not far from tower and shops nice breakfast clean bed but room could do with up dating apart from that hotel in great place nice little hotel on promenade .

Just left a 4 night stay here with my fiancé and our 2 children. Fantastic hotel with everything you need in the room. Clean and tidy with clean towels. The owner Bob was friendly, kind and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Had space to leave our cases to be picked up in time to go catch our train and even provided us shelter from the rain with a cup of tea till our train departure. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone
