We stayed in apartment 4 which was the three bedroom premium apartment with balcony for 2 nights. The place is absolutely perfect and the photos don’t do it justice. I would suggest updating the photos as living room and main bedroom now have large Samsung smart TV that we were delighted about. The place is warm, very clean and comfortable. Fully fitted kitchen with dining table. Owners were really nice and making sure we were okay during bad storm. Saw reviews saying about £200 security deposit. We got this back the day of departure, so if you are respect guest there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Thank you for the great stay and this will now be our first choice when visiting Blackpool again.

Always stayed every year around late sep early oct firstly they wanted 200pounds for deposit you get back after your stay outrageous as soon as we entered our apartment a young man just walked in wanted pics of bathroom he could have been anyone secondly workmen wanted to fit WiFi we said no because we wanted to site see carpet was cleaned by me first day treading in bits of plaster no communication awful

Not as pictured or advertised Booked Queens mansions which was a massive let down. I only ever book property with a spa bath due to health issues. Spent first 4 days trying to get spa bath to work. All it does is spit dirt and grime out. After cleaning bath multiple times I gave up. The proprietors knew of the issue but this was never fixed and did spoil our holiday. They had scaffolding around the building obstructing the view. Dirty windows. Broken door on patio. Not worth the full price paid at all
