Hazelgrove Guest House

Took a while to gain confirmation that the booking went through. Once booking a hotel I prefer to speak to the owner and verbally confirm, I was travelling with a six year old and didn't want to be stranded in Blackpool. Once there It was incredible. Kathy and Eddie are the loveliest people. Our room was missing a remote which they wanted to resolve immediately I told them not to bother because me and my girl had a tablet and were out every night at the beach or Coral Island but they insisted. Allowed us to leave luggage on the last day and return later when we were going for our train. Only two other people staying which was fantastic. They don't take on hundreds to stretch your customer service they take on what they can. Provide perfection for and it was nothing short of perfect. Felt like we were staying with family. Will definitely return.

Not what it says on the tin!!!! The rooms are terrible and the hostess was unpleasant.all she spoke about was proof of payment , very professional !!! we were there for 1en mins and booked somewhere else and left!!!!! Wouldn’t even insult a homeless person to stay there , thankfully I’m slim built as grotty staircase to our room was about /2 feet wide I could tell you more but if you do think about booking make sure you are just out during the day proper dodgy . She didn’t even Have the decency to refund us for at least one room . And totally deserves this review . I hope people benefit from this review

Hazle Grove Kathy and Eddie im so sorry I never left this review earlier I always have an amazing stay but on this occasion I was assulted outside hazle Grove the person was arrested and it goes to court in march as he pleaded not guilty this was not any fault of Kathy and Eddie infact I must state that they both were brilliant thankyou so much for trying to make it rite though it wasn't there fault like I sed its since covid the worlds gone mad I hope u get to read this Kathy and Eddie I really do as I wanted to say thankyou and tell you how much I appreciate you both we will be back but as u can understand not just yet still a little fragile please go stay with Kathy n Eddie you won't be disappointed they cater for everyone n make u feel at home ❤ 💙 lots of love kellie n Andy xxx
