Inglewood Seafront Hotel

Absolutely disgusting!! Room was thick with dust which isn't good when 2 of us suffer with bad asthma and allergies, walls had dirty marks on window sill was absolutely disgusting and let's not talk about the shower head which looked like it had been used as a toilet brush!! The smell coming from the room was revolting to the point we didn't want to use the bathroom as that's where the smell was coming from. We were going to leave at 1am and the only reason we didn't was because we lived 3 hrs away. We left before check out and I rang and spoke to someone at 10:30 (we were told when we checked in that this is what time he would be back in the morning) to complain about our room and ask for a refund which I got a cocky attitude back from him saying I was blackmailing him. I hope this is proof to you if you're reading this that it's not blackmail!! I was told to email someone which I have and had no response back!!! There was pubic hair on the toilet it was just absolutely awful!!! The man behind the desk made me feel abit uncomfortable when I went to reception on my own to put it politely he's very weird and strange! I would have complaint when we got there but we literally put out bags in the room and left (the smell was not there when we did this) we didn't check the room as we were already sorted to leave the hotel and we just wanted to go enjoy ourselves after travelling 3 hours. When we got back no one was at the desk or available throughout the night so we were unable to complain till 10:30 this morning.

Was cheap but bed falling to bits. Bedding also a bit of state. 5 pounds extra for breakfast. Have it in bar, wouldn't recommend. Wetherspoons cheaper and five mins towards south pier. I'd stay in the travellodge 2 minutes away next time. Location good for south pier. 25-30 mins walk north to tower 6 parking spaces outside, 3 in front, 3 outside. Leave keys at reception if blocking others out. 6 pounds a night extra.

My hubby and myself come here every year a few times. We have a brilliant time.Ryan is a great bloke always goes the extra mile.The room was spotless, bathroom spotless too, cleaned everyday.Defo wouldn’t go any other hotel in Blackpool.The hotel as been modernised extensively but it’s always been clean and always s had very friendly staff whist we have been here.
