LANAYR HOTEL BLACKPOOL

Absolute hovel of an establishment,do not believe or listen to anything they say as they lie through their teeth ,all platforms should remove this place so nobody has to experience it

Saturday 23ed May, The busy bank holiday ,Arrived late afternoon, with 2 friends after 100 mile cycling day, just wanted to wash the dust of the day off and sleep. To be told the room was double booked. I was promised 2 free nights , with caveats for some time in the future . And a full refund. It then took over 3 weeks of phone calls to actually get the refund, promised , refund within an hour , refund by end of day, refund by tomorrow, etc. in the end I emailed Blackpool tourist board, and started enquiry with trading standards, I believe if I hadn't been persistent the re fund might never have come?

Absolutely disgusting hotel! Its like a house for the homeless! Walked in its smaelt of damp, dirty walls and carpets! The residents are locals and call the owner boss! The residents are very intimidating and stare at you! We were booked in for 2 night but couldn't stay there at all, didn't feel safe!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
