What a little gem of a hotel. Such a nice friendly hotel to stay. Stayed for 4 nights in September as were attending a concert at the Winter Gardens. A very central location, 5 mins walk from the Winter Gardens. The owners are such a warm welcoming couple and are extremely helpful. Never stayed in a hotel with everything you need like ironing board, iron, safe, hairdryer, mini fridge, fan, kettle, teas, coffees, biscuits etc. Room was immaculately clean and would be cleaned and towels replenished if you wanted every day. Comfy bed and the noise from the road was fine. We didn't have breakfast but it smelled lovely! The private car parking was great. Location is a 5 min walk to the Tower and piers and main amenities. We were on the 2nd floor but there are stair lifts to every floor. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back when visiting Blackpool again.

A lovely warm welcome, nothing was a fuss. Clean room, clean linen and towels.clean bathroom. Really lovely breakfast and proprietors were warm with conversation and checks about me. Great service, a hidden jem.

Booked a last minute 2 night stay in Blackpool for the Illuminations switch on with my fiancé and 8 year old. Booked the Wednesday and arrived on the Friday. Angela and Vince were so lovely. Before arriving, I had already spoken to Angela on the phone to book parking and breakfast. We got a family room which had 1 double and 2 single beds and a modern bathroom, small but manageable. Towels, tea, coffee, kettle, fridge, hairdryer and iron were in the room. Plenty hanging space for clothes too. We were second floor at the front. No noise, we had a lovely sleep with comfy mattresses and pillows. Didn’t use but seen the stairs had a stair lift if needed. Such a great location, situated just a 5 minute walk from Coral Island and the Tower. My daughter, Emily met Muffin, their little dog who is so friendly. Brilliant Hotel and will definitely be back.
