Leatham Park Hotel

Overall the stay was good, we arrived 40 mins early and were able to check in. Greeted by a nice friendly staff member. Our room was big and plenty of space, nice bedding and was clean. While everything in the room is very budget/basic you can’t complain as it’s clean, tidy and smelt nice.. the one thing we didn’t like was the windows, gaps in the frames which made it very cold and noisy so didn’t have the best night sleep. Bed was comfy but very small quilt for 2 adults. When we arrived the room was freezing and the radiator wasn’t working however, we spoke to the man downstairs and within 20 mins we had 2 brand new electric radiators provided and the room soon warmed up and when we got back later from a meal out it was warm and toast.. Tv had Netflix so we were able to sign and n watch our Netflix before bed which the kids loved. Personally we would prefer a lock on the bathroom door as it didn’t fully close. We came for 1 night to see the lights and if we were back in Blackpool for 1/2 nights we would consider this place again.. you can’t really complain for the price and service you get.

Avoid not just dirty it is filthy no WiFi even though this was advertised bedding dirty and old, mattress so uncomfortable . We can't understand the good reviews as they just don't reflect the state of the hotel. The location is good, but I still would not recommend

Everything advertised is a lie!! There is NO WiFi NO bar NO lounge NO breakfast option!! Basically a filthy old run down dump!! Shower had no hot water. Old water left in kettle..We have a 9 month old baby so needed to use the kettle after seeing the stale water left in kettle I had to buy ready made feeds from shop!! Bedding had old dry stains on which the man tried to charge us for!! An old can of coke was left under bed and hair wrapped around the plug 🤢 All the reviews from last year was went it was ran by a different owner I'm guessing..
