New Douglas Hotel

Clampit city room 11 stunk no1 around no fresh towels vasaline in drawer cream on pillows love toys underbed staff very manly an very rude some ruff looking guy walking round serving breakfast dogs barking raw egg was served chair broke

The guys at New Douglas took us in after our original hotel messed up our booking. The guys there a very welcoming, can't do enough for you kind of people. Rooms are clean. Beds comfy. Wifi in rooms. Only negative we found was the shower doors didn't quite shut. Lovely choice of breakfast was served also. Will definatly be returning and would recommend anyone thinking of staying overnight in Blackpool. Many Thanks guys.

Our second visit by two families after also staying last year for the illuminations. The accommodation is clean and basic meeting our expectations for a blackpool hotel. The hospitality from Steve & dawn went beyond expectations. They opened the bar for just our party and spent time in our company. Nothing was too much trouble. The downside was that they are leaving at the end of the season. Thank you for your hospitality. Next year just won't be the same.
