New Osborne Hotel

I came here with my family over the Halloween weekend and we was all very disappointed with our stay. I found the beds were very uncomfortable, the curtains were torn, the TV working was hit and miss, the draws were falling apart, the showers did not work properly as there was no hot water and the breakfast was very poor. I do not recommend, not worth the money!

We stayed here on the 9/8/22 for one night with our boys 11 and 5. Room was clean and tidy. En-suite with a double bed and a bunk bed. Couldn’t fault the room and Mike and Jane were on hand to help out with anything that we needed. It’s right next to the pleasure beach and a couple of car parks. Breakfast was help yourself and was lovely. Cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, fruit and juices available. Couldn’t fault anything.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my son and daughter. No wifi which states online they do have it. Ceiling fan didn't work so asked about it to double check and he said no sorry it doesn't. Room was stuffy and we was warm hardly slept both nights. Shower didn't get hot not even luke warm left it for a good 10 mins at a time each time I tried. Other than that was ok I suppose for price. Kids were happy apart from the No wifi. Close to south pier which was good for the kids.
