My colleague and I had a lovely welcome from Chris and Moira, our hosts. The rooms were clean and well proportioned, with a very homely feel. Nothing was too much trouble from our hosts and the location is ideal for both the town and the promenade.

A lovely hotel with lovely hosts located close to the south pier. Moira and chris would do anything for you. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need. They serve a lovely breakfast every morning which you get to pick yourself. The homemade jam is absolutely delicious, I couldn't get enough of it. Such friendly people and very family friendly. Will definitely be back again

We visited for 5 nights in July. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. I loved the little extras - flask of filtered water which is refilled as often as needed, fresh milk ( none of those horrid little plastic UHTs), soft fluffy bath sheets and towels, decent toilet paper and tissues, tea, coffee in the rooms, lemon/orange squash for the room and handwash and shower gel provided. We stayed in the room at the front on the first floor. Plenty of storage and plenty space for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved the options for breakfast and the homemade jam and marmalade was a bonus. We would definitely return and hope to book for next year.
