This is our 4th visit to Rossall house, and again, it was absolutely fab, Jo and Andy are fantastic hosts and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was freshly made for us each morning and is always perfectly cooked, there is lots of choice for breakfast with cereals, fruit and cakes through to a fully cooked breakfast, there are also lighter options and kids can upgrade to a full breakfast for a small charge. The whole house is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfy and the bathrooms are lovely. There are tea and coffee in your room too and this is topped up each day, there is also a small fridge in the room as well. Rossall House is very close to St Chad's tram stop (just at the end of the street, so it's a great base If you want to get about. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay, it's the best in Blackpool in my opinion, we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Roll on next year!! 😁

I booked last minute direct (don't go via a booking website you get a better deal direct!). I spoke to Jo on the phone and booked parking direct - secure onsite. When we arrived, a lovely warm welcome. Room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable and we could see the Tower. We slept really well, beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Had a drink in the bar which was very welcoming. Andy's hot chocolate excellent. Grace is a lovely young lady and it was nice to chat to her. To summarise a really nice stay with a lovely family

So clean and fresh interior in the room and throughout. Great value for money and will definitely stay again. Owners Andrew and Jo and daughter Grace did a wonderful job of looking after us. Many thanks to you all.x
