The Cliffs Hotel Blackpool

Quite nice for an old hotel. We had a pleasant stay here although the hotel is looking very tired and dated. With a little bit of maintenance this hotel could have a lot of potential. The room average, no nice views and quite dark but everything you needed was there - towels, tea, coffee, toilet rolls. The leisure facilities were good, lovely pool although it was very small, a small sauna and a gym. Disappointed that my children couldn't use the gym. Good entertainment provided including a childrens games room. Food was quite good although I have had better. With an update this hotel has got lots of potential.

we stayed in a deluxe corner room with a very nice sea view large and comfortable bathroom could do with a little improvement was clean breakfast was a decent buffet and dinner was a mixture of buffet and served entertainment was a little bit loud for me

Just coming back from a fantastic stay at the Cliffs. I just don’t understand how anyone can complain about it. You have a spotless room, cleaned every day except Wednesdays, food is fantastic and tasty, with loads to choose from, entertainment nightly, you have Lloyd, Anna and Paul who work so hard to make sure you enjoy your stay, but all the staff are lovely and work hard. Best hotel by far in Blackpool thank you for a relaxing break away, and will be back soon.
