Great place and location to stop.Nice couple with no problems what so ever .Even let as leave car on the front on last day before vacating room so we could spend a little longer around Blackpool. Would definitely come back ,but probably go for a up grade room.

The location is ok,it is a seafront hotel but once your inside you can’t tell because most rooms don’t overlook the front of the hotel and you can’t sit in the lounge to look out the window because the dog is more important than the guests, the rooms are clean and serviceable, be careful parking your car as ours was badly damaged, we were informed by the owner it was by a patio table being blown into it but when we asked for the cctv suddenly it went missing so staying at a budget hotel has cost us £100s of pounds because of missing video and no one taking responsibility, I understand it says at owners risk but owner should take responsibility for damage due to their own belongings

From the moment I arrived I was made very welcome Evan and Tina are the lovely owners Evan sorted me a room on a lower floor when he saw I had an health issue he carried my case to my room.The hotel itself is immaculate its facing the sea and has parking on site which is free.The optional breakfast is well worth ordering you get everything and its always served with a smile they truly look after their guests/Tea and coffee facilities are in the rooms so you need for nothing I will definitely will be going back Many thanks to Tina and Evan From Brenda Staffordshire
