The Grosvenor View - Guest house

So, yes I returned to the Grosvenor View and stayed this time much longer - being 10 nights. This included Breakfast and Evening meal! The guest house is a 20 minute stroll along the promenade from North pier heading north, amazing views of the Irish Sea. It is situated in a quiet and beautiful location within Blackpool. There is parking on street and limited parking at the rear, though speak to Alli about this. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. On reaching the guest house, it is always well maintained and very clean. Important stuff coming up: Free fast WiFi, easy access to the WiFi. Bedding very clean and always smells fresh. Mattresses very comfy. Shower great, maintains good pressure. Television easy to use. Nice furniture with proper wardrobes and cabinets. Plenty of coat angers in which are wooded. The rooms are geared up for long stays! Breakfast 8,30 and within a beautiful little dinning room. Very friendly, Billy that is always jolly when he is on shift and helping Alli. Evening meals are around 5,15pm and not to be missed. I have always experienced a quiet and comfortable stay. The other guest are quiet, not the rowdy type and are often friendly. This guest house is a must for any traveller or Explorer of Blackpool. Or like me just go to relax and have escapism. Alli the owner is very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Pricing is very competitive and I would say budget friendly. Highly recommended guest house. Thanks Alli, and see you in 2027

I have just come back from staying with Allison, the host at the Grosvenor View in Blackpool. What an absolutely wonderful, homely place it really is. I discovered it by chance on a Facebook page a few weeks ago. I wanted somewhere to stay, but out of the town centre, and I was not disappointed. The whole place is absolutely spotless, my room was absolutely perfect in every way possible. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had anywhere I have ever stayed. An amazing stay with Allison and let's not forget Billy, the breakfast host who gave us lots of laughter. Needless to say I have already booked to go back in March, and I'm already on countdown 🥰🥰🥰😊🥰

Yet again The Grosvenor View made our break so special in so many ways. Alli is the best host and deserves all the praise in the world. The room as always was amazing with clean new bedding and decorated to the best standard as always. You get all the typical tea, coffee and milk but the GV goes that extra mile with biscuits and for me I got my favourite Cherry Bakewell flavoured tea. Alli really makes you feel so welcome. The breakfasts are always a thing I look forward to with my full English and special River Cobbler fish, for my wife she has Eggs Benedict, Waffles or Pancakes. But really the choice is almost endless. You can have any cereal and toast comes with every meal, plus tea, coffee or fruit juice, I have pineapple and my wife has orange. All cooked and served to top standard. You enter as a guest leave as a friend. Alli and the GV is the best in Blackpool trust me. Can't wait for our next visit to the Grosvenor View
