I can only say about hayward hotel is its ok for purpose to sleep one night if your expecting the ritz then its not for you tv not working which didnt bother us as we was only there to sleep in it...

Simply appalling hotel, in all respects. Really needs a major refurb and another change of ownership. Subsequent emails sent but ignored. An indication of the disinterest of the owners/management...
