Spent the Easter weekend here for a stag do and it has been one let down after another. First a leak, then a backing up toilet and then power loss. Only supplied 4 mugs for a property of this size you should really supply at least 1 mug per person. Beds are ok, holes in flooring, dirty on kitchen ceiling. No free parking be prepared to pay about £10 per 24 hours.

Long standing booking made for 5 nights for the Magicians event at the Winter Gardens but when I arrived, discovered the place had closed without notice. Stood outside with my suitcase like a lemon and so had to go and look for alternative accommodation. Really poor show when they had all my contact details.

The hotel was in a good location. Our room was small with the bed pushed up to the wall. The towels were good. On checking in we were told they don't do breakfast. We had booked and paid for bed and breakfast. There was no explanation. After reading other reviews we chose this B&B because the rooms were clean and it had a good breakfast. There was even a breakfast menu in the room. Do not book this with breakfast included as you won't get it. Obviously something has altered with the establishment but not been altered on the bookings taken. We just felt ripped off.
