Had a great time lovely breakfast and plenty of it staff are so helpfull would recomend 100 percent

Perfect location for where we wanted to be but the hotel in itself was a complete let down. Not disabled friendly at all how they expect ppl with walking difficulties to climb all them stairs is beyond me and im not just on about the rooms we stayed in I saw another room where customers with mobility issues having to climb a big step just to get in the bath room. The rooms were very out dated and not very clean at all our friends room had things that was just hanging by a thread both our rooms werent warm either and thats with the heaters on that is with our room our heater was nearly all blocked off they advertise daily house keeping hmmmm well not once did anyone come and refill things or clean. The breakfast was nice apart from mushrooms being cooked in water. They say there is a lounge I would like to know where cause the only place I could think of was the bar which is situated right at the bottom of the building well thats not a lounge to me and the bar well thats a joke the owner looked like he couldnt even be bothered whether he served us or not the fact he told us to go to a club says it all really I have stayed at many a hotel but never again will I stay there the volunteer Wayne should actually be running the manuela rose and not the actual owner I dont thing the owner even knows what a smile is this hotel needs a new owner and needs a complete refurbishment so at least it dont smell of mould

Very dated b and b. Room cramped and in need of deep cleaning and decorating. Black mould on walls and ceiling. Outside space very dismal and untidy. No reception area just a desk in the breakfast room. Bathroom very small, and shower had a mind of its own! Located near to the Tower, but that was the only good thing.
