Do not stay in this hotel, the landlady is a disgrace, very rude and abrupt. Awful place to stay, don't waste your money

Really can't recommend this place enough. We were greeted on arrival ,Mike helped us to park and Rebecca told me all about things to do as this was my first time in blackpool. Lovely room and the breakfast was great. Great location very close to the beach. I will be booking here next time I visit Blackpool. Family run hotel with a lovely atmosphere and good value for money.

Awful room like a freezer nothing worked radiator not working tiny electric 1 plugged in for size room was useless TV had 1 channel remote broken batteries taped in back of remote chest draws broken and bed was like sleeping in a freezing cold slab. Also the hosts messaged me abuse and threatened me when wrote same review review on booking com . Avoid at all costs
