Travelodge Blackpool South Shore Review We recently stayed at Travelodge Blackpool South Shore for two nights while attending the Pet Shop Boys concert in Lytham St Annes. We mainly used the hotel as a base, and for that purpose it did the job. The room was clean and comfortable enough, and we had two good nights' sleep, which is probably the most important thing when staying away from home. However, there were a few small maintenance issues, including the light on the mirror not working, which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was fairly mediocre and didn't really stand out. It was adequate, but nothing I'd particularly look forward to again. The food overall wasn't the best aspect of the stay. On the positive side, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the location was quite convenient. It isn't too far to walk into Blackpool, making it easy to explore the resort without having to rely on transport. My main criticism is the price. At around £300 for two nights, I don't feel it offered great value for money. While the hotel was perfectly okay, I think there are some excellent bed and breakfasts in Blackpool that could provide a more personal experience and better value at a similar, or even lower, price. Overall, there was nothing seriously wrong with the stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and served its purpose as a base for our weekend away. However, given the cost and the average food offering, I would probably look at a good local B&B next time before booking here again. Next time, I'd be tempted to try a good Blackpool B&B for a potentially better experience and better value for money.

We support adults with learning disabilities. The staff were so helpful especially Jackie the deputy manager, no problem was too much. The rooms were clean, the cleaning staff were so helpful in providing anything we needed. Food was delicious and highly recommend the breakfast. Thank you very much for making our stay warm welcoming and very enjoyable.
