Really nice place room was good and very clean. Light breakfast was lovely. The owners very friendly and made your stay very welcoming. Central to seafront tram and bus services. Would recommend Keep up the great work and I would certainly like to return in 2022

Just home from Waves hotel after a long weekend away. We couldn't have been made more welcome by John who was an absolute gentleman. The room was spacious, the location for us was perfect. The tram stop was 1 minute away from the Hotel. 5 minutes to the Central pier. The breakfast, cooked by Dean was more than enough for us and seen us through to a late lunch. Can't fault the place at all. Defo returning to our new favourite place in Blackpool. Cheers John and Dean for a great weekend away.

Just got back from a 6 night stay with my husband at the Waves Hotel. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. From the minute we walked in the door we had a very warm welcome and a very informative chat with John with regards to the area and the covid rules . The room was clean and tidy and the location was spot on with free street parking .The Tram stop was at the top of the road about a minutes walk , however we walked everywhere as the weather was lush . Dean and John are honestly the perfect hosts . Thank you .
