Pheasant Inn

We stayed here the night before moving on to another hotel, and looking back we wish we'd booked The Pheasant Inn for both nights. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the whole experience was welcoming and relaxing. It's exactly how hospitality should be. We'd definitely return and highly recommend it.

Stayed for two nights with my husband at the beginning of April. Our room was spotless and very welcoming. We had a fabulous view and it was so quite!! Considering we were above a pub, there was no noise at night. The food from the restaurant was definitely worth five stars. Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Would I go back? Absolutely. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff made us feel so welcome, like we had been there before. Even the dogs that stay there get spoilt, with treats on tap. Would definitely recommend this hotel/pub.

A lovely welcoming Inn, only a couple of miles from Kirkby Lonsdale in a beautiful countryside setting. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food delicious yet reasonably priced. The decor and ambiance were perfect for a relaxing lunch, also plenty of parking at the rear of the Inn. We are a three hour drive away but will certainly be back!
