The Traddock

If you are looking for a very good meal in a wonderful relaxed country house setting, The Traddock is hard to fault. Sunday lunch yesterday was a delight from the champagne beforehand to the cheerful service, to the beautiful reception and dining rooms to the food itself. Inevitably, one can pick holes if you try hard enough - personally, I'd prefer to pay pinch more and have roast rib rather than rump of beef and none of the desserts appealed to me - but these are just my view. Overall Traddock team, keep up the good work and doing what you're doing. See you again soon.

Came here for my birthday as part of my 60th birthday weekend treat from my Partner Loved the surroundings nicely tranquil. The food was absolutely delicious including the caraway bread with whipped butter, well worth the money for the quality we had. Th only thing which spoiled the experience was the dining chairs we were seated on when dining on had seen better days as they were rather hard a bit rickety and squeaky which made them a little uncomfortable, they could o with replacing for customer comfort

From start to end just a fabulous stay - this was a return trip but this time we had our daughter and her partner with us - we stayed in one if the smaller rooms this trip but just as delightful and comfy - the staff are so lovely, the food is sensational - call out for the coffee & sea salt ice cream - we stayed 3 nights had the tasting menu on 2nd night - outstanding - there is nothing that could be better - look forward to a return trip in the future.
