The staff were very friendly and accommodating from our arrival to our departure. The hotel was very clean and well equipped (including a room fan during a heatwave). Beautiful interior and airy breakfast room/Restaurant with a good selection of choice hot and cold for breakfast. I will be staying here again when I visit the area.

We booked this hotel to attend my son’s university graduation ceremony. Myself, my elderly mother and my son drove up from Oxfordshire and were joined by my daughter who’d driven from her home further North. We’d booked four double rooms which they had managed to give us next door to each other, brilliant. The rooms were spacious and super clean and tidy. They had tv, iron / ironing board, fan, spare bedding, fluffy towels and a bath with a shower over it. Toiletries were also provided. The tea and coffee was plentiful and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast which was included in the price was buffet style and had lots of choices. My daughter and myself asked for veggie sausages which were provided no trouble. There was onsite parking which was very handy and it was only a short walk to the university campus for the ceremony. We were checked in and out by a wonderful lady called Liz. She had a sunny, cheerful personality and was so helpful. She was lovely and made us feel immensely welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel. Ideal for graduation because of the close proximity to the university but also for business or pleasure stays in Preston. The nicest English hotel I’ve stayed in.
