Best Western Glendower Promenade Hotel

I cannot praise the Glendower highly enough ! We stayed last night for Lytham festival and from the moment we checked in we were so impressed. We arrived early and asked if we were okay to park in the car park and were told that they would check if our room was ready, it was, so we were able to check in and have a look round before the festival. The staff were amazing, everyone was so professional and so friendly, especially Hailey in the bar and restaurant who chatted to us about Teddy Swims and was just lovely. Hope we have your name right 🥰 The food was fantastic and the late night pizza ! Not only is that a genius idea, serving till 1am in the bar after the festival, but they were so tasty ! After waiting for an Uber for an hour and a half, to get back to the hotel and have the option of home made pizza was brilliant. We booked a compact double but it was fine for us as we were out and about most of the time. The breakfast was exceptional ! The service was second to none, I can honestly say that everyone we came across was so professional, so friendly and it really does make a difference. The hotel is beautiful, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much.

We recently stayed at the Glendower Hotel for a friend's wedding and had a wonderful experience.. We stayed in the Fairhaven Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. The staff were excellent throughout our stay – friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and everything was well presented and freshly prepared. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel provided the perfect setting for the wedding celebrations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and would happily recommend the Glendower Hotel to anyone visiting St Anne's.

They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making both our guests and my mum feel truly special. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and enjoyed by everyone.
