RAMADA GRANTHAM

Been staying at this place for nearly a year now due to work commitments, for a couple of nights a week this gang are my work family. Everyone of them go the extra mile to ensure I’m looked after week in week out, nothing is ever too much trouble. Rooms are always immaculately clean and spacious, I’ve seen over the last few months how much effort is being made by all this wonderful little team to make this hotel work again, my advice give it a go 👍. Thanks to all of you for making me & Elaine so welcome.

Absolutely wonderful staff, very clean & spacious rooms. I was stranded in Grantham on a Thursday night about 1 am due to a blown tyre. I was traveling with pets & needed accommodation with 24 hour reception. I was so happy to find this place. Martin at reception was incredibly friendly, swift to check me in & even provided us with a dog bowl, bottle of water & dog mat. My pets & I felt right at home! The room was very large, super clean & cosy. The next day I ended up having to wait until 5 pm for my car to get fixed. The hotel allowed me & my pets to stay in the room all afternoon & Lisa at the front desk was amazingly understanding & kind. I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming sanctuary in a tricky situation. Should I return to Grantham, I will definitely stay at this lovely hotel again. Highly recommended!
