Best Western Delmere Hotel

It was just right for a quick stay before our flight out of London via Heathrow. It's a little more than a block from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express train, which takes 15 min to terminal 3 or slightly longer to terminal 5. The room was very clean, and while small it had everything you might need including safe, combo wardrobe / suitcase rack, and TV, etc. The TV had no internet channels but you could cast from your phone/tablet to the TV. All the light switches and temperature (heat or A/C) were controlled from either bedside -- very nice! And the bathroom, while small, had a decent sized shower. The bed was also very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again if we need something close to Paddington Station.

Very very friendly staff, helpful at checkin. Room was modern with excellent air-conditioning and lighting controls. Great location short walk from Paddington Station. Highly recommended

Stayed here In the middle of one of the summer heatwave weekends. On arrival we were shown to a room that was boiling hot as the AC was just not able for the temperatures.While the hotel was fully occupied, the Manager on duty managed to get us another room which was an upgrade and had perfect AC. The place was spotless, not just the rooms but everywhere from reception in. Staff were exceptional and could not have been more helpful . Zero noise at night and only a short walk from a street with a great choice of bars and resturants.
