No shoehorn in the room, no info that if you want to call for example the Reception-it is not the number on the landline in the room but what is printed on the the keycard holder. To few channels on the TV (sportchannels and movie channels). But overall a very nice stay.

This is a really nice hotel, we were in the UK for 12 days and stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. Very clean, lovely staff, helpful and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner/coffee & tea & dessert was wonderful. The neighborhood is a great base - the restaurants around the Bayswater tube station are worth checking out and the nearby park is great. Would definitely go back again for another stay here!

We had a wondefull stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast exceeded expectations, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect for all our excursions. There is nothing negative to say; we will certainly be back.
