The location is great, and we had a wonderful experience with the facilities, especially the shower and the beds.

Quiet area with a local feel. Plenty of options locally for food/drink if needed. Easy access to tube stations and airport. Single Room was super clean and sufficient for 2 nights for one person. Bathroom is small but worked for me. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Great hotel with a central location in London, friendly and helpful staff, and with beautiful Hyde Park just two minutes' walk away and the Central line station 4 minutes walk away. The staff allowed us to leave luggage early before check-in and after check-out so very accommodating. The air-conditioning was good but needs instructions in the room or by staff when checking in for how to switch it on.
