Falcon Wharf Apartments

I wanted to share some important observations regarding Falcon Wharf that prospective buyers should be aware of before making a decision. While the development has many positive aspects, there are recurring issues that current residents have raised and experienced: Corridor Cleanliness: There have been ongoing problems with dog waste in the corridors, leading to frequent clean-ups and an unpleasant environment. Lift Reliability: The central lift is regularly out of service, and even when operational, the internal floor selection buttons are often faulty. This has caused inconvenience for many residents. Building Maintenance Issues: The corridors frequently lack proper cleaning, and the garage area is often wet due to persistent water leaks from overhead pipes. These matters significantly impact day-to-day living standards and should be carefully considered when evaluating a purchase at Falcon Wharf. It is advisable to raise these concerns with the building management or sales representatives to understand if and how they are being addressed. Stayed in this apartment while attending Wimbledon 2017. It is in a perfect location, overlooking the Thames. We were upgraded from 2 standard rooms in the Rafayel Hotel to this apartment which was a great upgrade! The apartment is spread over 2 floors with a living area, kitchen, dining room and hallway to the ground floor (all open plan) and a large hallway and 2 bedrooms to the upper floor. There are 4 balconies (2 on each level) all overlooking the Thames. Superb apartment with unbelievable views and a great central London location.

This is my third time at the Hotel Rafayel restaurant and each time it has been a great experience. We enjoyed a three course meal at the hotel with the charismatic owner and had sight of a beautiful view of London. I would highly recommend this hotel which overlooks the River Thames and has amazing views. I am particularly fussy about food, but the food at the hotel was amazing and you will not find anything that is not on the menu. We got to meet the Hotel's amazing chef and I would particularly recommend the lamb chops. I look forward to my next visit at the hotel. I would recommend to all!!
