My work takes me up and down the country. So I can honestly say ' I have seen the best of Premier inn and the worst of Premier inn" . But this one here at West ruislip is a little bit special . The rooms are spotless. Outstanding work by the cleaning team. And the management are fantastic. They genuinely make you feel comfortable. Nothing to much trouble for them . The Premier in in West Ruislip is by far the best I ever had the pleasure to stay in . Fantastic job West Ruislip Premier. Outstanding work

Stayed with my family for an event at Wembley. It was a very good stay really enjoyed my time here. The manager (Gina) was so nice and helpful for us thanks.

Room smelt damp, we found mould on the desk chair and loads of white stains along the bed frame! Wouldn’t come back here again. The hotel was nice and small though and lovely and quiet.
