Pictures speak louder than words. Management do not even have the decency to reply to people or companies in reference to the dispute and the charges and attitude to guests and disabled people. The suite was dirty and little in the way of supporting a disabled person. The attitude of the supervisor and the manager the next day was a really disgrace to the hotel.

It would be best to completely renovate it, as it is a beautiful Art Nouveau building, otherwise it would have to be torn down. Water is dripping from a lamp in the hallway, I thought that water and electricity don't go together very well. Here a bucket under the lamp will do - it hasn't rained. The room is completely run down, the furniture should be thrown out with the bulky waste, including the rest of the mattresses. If you are a bit stronger, you might not be able to get into the shower. Everything is dirty and there are roommates - cockroaches. We left the establishment after a few hours. The staff just shrugged their shoulders.

Horrible, horrible place! We checked out after only two hours as we couldn’t stand being there. Extremely filthy and disgusting and still makes me sick only thinking about it. Read other reviews and they will say exactly what I experienced. This is not a hotel, it’s a crap hole!
